Add catamaran polygon mask to YOLO, improve pose_logger and analysis

- Mask catamaran pontoons in camera frame before YOLO inference
- Pose logger: include garage color in filename, detect stop by velocity
- Analysis: filter failed runs, add accuracy metrics and garage scatter plot
- Update garage coords to exact Unity positions
