CHANGE Compilation configuration
* Add COMPONENTS option to find_package(catkin) (fix catkin lint error)
* Change name of `uuv_sensor_plugins_ros_msgs` to `uuv_sensor_ros_plugins_msgs`
* Move add library command for Gazebo Protobuf messages
